Diet Help Please?

Prom is coming up in about two months. So I really need a jump start diet that will allow me to lose weight quickly and then work from there to lose more weight. After the quick fix diet, I’m going to run everyday, body sculpting, and follow a healthy diet with plenty of water and fruits. How much weight can I expect to lose in two months? I’m not overweight, but I want to be in the best shape. So please, let me know about a quick fix diet (i.e.detox) and any other tips. Thanks :-)

A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
It sounds like you have a good plan in mind with eating healthy, drinking water and exercising. Keep away from diet pills/tablets and never starve yourself–it won’t work!

    Go get the book "6 weeks to a Hollywood Body" they have a great healthy way to sculpt and trim your body, and it sounds like it could fit your time frame, I lost twenty pounds with it.

    find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that’s how much you need to lose weight.
    eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
    5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
    8 glasses of water a day.
    4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
    no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
